About This Call
The Crozet Arts and Crafts Festival is an award-winning juried arts festival held at Claudius Crozet Park in Crozet, Virginia, just outside Charlottesville. In 2026, the festival will celebrate its 46th year as the longest-running juried arts festival in the area. The festival showcases fine art and craftwork across multiple media categories including clay, fiber, glass, jewelry, metal, painting, photography, and more.
Artist exhibitors must submit an online application with a $35 fee (or $45 for paper/email applications) by January 31, 2026. Applications require five images: four representing the complete range of work to be displayed and one booth shot without signage. Accepted artists must pay a $150 deposit by March 1, 2026, which will be credited toward booth fees. Booth options include 10×10' ($300), 15×10' ($400), and 20×10' ($500) spaces, with pavilion space available for $50. The jury consists of at least three artists, arts professionals, or collectors who review applications using a blind jury process and score from 1-10.
The Fall 2026 festival takes place October 10-11 (Indigenous Peoples Day/Columbus Day Weekend), with artist check-in and setup on October 9 from 10am to 6pm. Award winners receive jury exempt status for the following year plus free or discounted booth space. Exhibitor amenities include complimentary coffee and pastries, overnight security, booth sitters, on-site parking, electricity for pavilion spaces, and listing in the festival program. The festival conducts extensive marketing through radio, social media, newspapers, postcards, and local partnerships throughout the Charlottesville, Richmond, and Waynesboro/Staunton/Harrisonburg areas.
