Crooked Tree Arts Center D'Art for Art Call for Donations

D'Art for Art is Crooked Tree Arts Center's premier fundraising event held each July for more than a decade. This is a two-night event with 500 guests each evening comprised of resort and local community art patrons. Guests leave with an original work of art created by artists of local, regional, and national acclaim. The proceeds support CTAC's year-round programs, including exhibitions, classes, school tours, and scholarships for youth.

Artists are invited to donate original, framed artwork ready to hang (if applicable) with a minimum value of $300. All donated artwork must be submitted by the specified deadlines: digital images by Friday, June 24 via CaFE, or physical artwork delivery to CTAC (Petoskey or Traverse City) by Friday, July 8 at 4:00 p.m. If you do not have a digital image, artwork must be dropped off by Friday, June 17. CTAC and the D'Art for Art committee reserve the option to decline donations.

Donating artists receive several benefits: inclusion in the D'Art Artists Catalog (1,500 printed and distributed annually with your name, contact information, and gallery listings), an invitation to the Preview Wine Tasting on Wednesday, July 13, 2016 (6:00–8:30 p.m.) with a guest, special "D'Art Artist" rates on CTAC professional development lectures, two tickets to a Swirl of their choice for the 2016-17 season, and a $25 discount on CTAC Artist Directory page sign-up or renewal.
