Crooked Tree Arts Center D'Art for Art 2018

D'Art for Art is Crooked Tree Arts Center's premier fundraising event held each July. Guests leave with an original work of art created by artists of local, regional and national acclaim. The proceeds support CTAC's year-round programs, including exhibitions, classes, school tours, scholarships for youth, and more.

This is a two-night event with 500 guests each evening comprised of both resort and local community art patrons. Artists are asked to donate original artwork with a minimum value of $300. All donated artwork must be original, framed and ready to hang (if applicable). CTAC and the D'Art for Art committee reserve the option to decline a donation of art.

Benefits to donating artists include an invitation to the Preview Wine Tasting on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 (6:00–8:30 PM) with a guest, where attendees will sample wines from California, Oregon, and Michigan vintners and enjoy hors d'oeuvres from area chefs. Donating artists also receive two tickets to a Swirl of their choice for the 2018-19 season. All donating artists are included in the D'Art Artists Catalog, a full-color publication that includes artist name, contact information, and up to three galleries where work is exhibited. 1,500 catalogs are printed and distributed annually to D'Art guests, Preview Night attendees, and posted on CTAC's website.

Submit digital images through CaFÉ by Monday, July 2. Images must be JPEG format, no smaller than 1920 pixels on the longest side, 72 ppi/dpi resolution, and 5 MB maximum. Artwork should be delivered to CTAC (Petoskey or Traverse City) by Friday, July 6 by 4:00 p.m. If you do not have a digital image, drop off artwork by Friday, June 29.
