About This Call
The Crooked Tree Arts Center (CTAC), with locations in Petoskey and Traverse City, hosts numerous events throughout the year featuring musicians of local and regional acclaim, including swirl hors d'oeuvre and wine/beer tasting events, Petoskey Concerts in the Park, Live on the Bidwell Plaza Series, and Fall/Winter Performing Arts Series.
CTAC is seeking to promote new talent as well as veteran performers. The February Cabin Fever collaborative concert held in the CTAC-Petoskey Theater will showcase a mix of both, with three local or regional acts performing on February 1, 2020. Selected musician/group will receive a performance fee of $500 for a 30-45 minute performance on the CTAC-Petoskey stage. Entries will be juried by members of the CTAC Performing Arts Committee. Winners will be notified by May 15, 2019.
Entry fee: $15.00. Work sample requirements: 1-2 total samples (audio and/or video, maximum 2 audio files and 2 video files). Eligibility: Regional (Michigan).
