Creative Community Leadership Institute

Intermedia Arts is seeking applicants for the 2015 Twin Cities Creative Community Leadership Institute cohort. This program matches people with a passion for change with the tools and experiences to advance their effectiveness in community cultural development work. The Creative Community Leadership Institute provides comprehensive training and support for leaders working at the intersection of arts and community change, led by foremost practitioners and thinkers in the field.

The program runs from April 2015 through August 2015 and consists of five two-day intensives, totaling 60 hours in sessions plus approximately 60 hours for individual and group assignments. Institute sessions run from 1 PM to 6 PM on Fridays and 9 AM to 4 PM on Saturdays. Participants must be able to attend all program dates and complete all assignments. All program activities take place in the Twin Cities metro area at various case sites throughout the community. Individuals selected for the program do not pay fees or tuition for participation.

Deadline to apply: January 15, 2015. Interviewees will be notified January 30, 2015. Applicant interviews are scheduled for February 19, 20, and 21. Fellows will be announced March 16, 2015.
