Creative Collages (2026)

The MVA Gallery (Modern Visual Arts) invites artists, photographers, printmakers and sculptors of all levels (emerging to established) to submit original artwork to this exhibition. This is a national call for entries featuring collages and collage-like artwork, including mixed media, digital, assemblage, photomontage, decoupage and other images that manipulate various materials, textures, colors, shapes and subject matter. Artwork can be two-dimensional or three-dimensional. The gallery accepts painting, watercolor, printmaking, mixed media, digital, pastel, encaustic, ink, sculpture, fiber, drawing and photography.

Entry fee is $35.00 for 3 different images. Additional images may be submitted for $5.00 each up to a maximum of 9 total images. All images must be JPEG format, under 5 MB with a minimum of 1200 pixels on the longest side. Submissions must include title, medium, size, price and year of completion. Artwork must be professionally finished and ready for secure installation with stretched wire attached to the back. Maximum size is 48 inches (framed) on the longest side and not to exceed 45 lbs. Sculpture should not be larger than 28 inches on any dimension. Artists are responsible for all shipping and insurance costs both to and from the gallery.

Notification to artists will be sent on or about March 25, 2026. Accepted artwork must arrive at the gallery no later than June 15, 2026. The exhibition runs June 19 through July 18, 2026. Awards include an "Art of Distinction" Award featuring a special exhibit, an Annual Grand Prize offering a New York City exhibition opportunity, and a Director's Choice Award of $200. For sales, artists receive 70% of the final sale price and the gallery receives 30%. The MVA Gallery is located in historic Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, one hour from New York City.
