CraftForms 2024: 29th International Juried Exhibition of Contemporary Fine Craft

CraftForms 2024 is the 29th International Juried Exhibition of Contemporary Fine Craft, held at Wayne Art Center's Davenport Gallery in Wayne, Pennsylvania from December 7, 2024 through January 25, 2025. The exhibition welcomes submissions in the following mediums: basketry, ceramics, fiber, furniture, glass, jewelry, metal, mixed media, paper, wearable art, and wood. Work created utilizing CAD/CAM technologies and 3D printing tools is also eligible. This year's juror, Jo Lauria, will present $10,000 in prize awards.

Eligibility requirements include: artists must be 18 years or older; works must be original in design (collaborative works accepted); work must have been completed after January 1, 2022; work previously exhibited at Wayne Art Center is not eligible; all work must be for sale and remain on display for the duration of the exhibit. Artists may submit up to 2 works per application with a maximum of 3 images per piece (one full view plus up to 2 alternate views or details). The entry fee is $75. Work samples must be submitted as JPG files with dimensions of 1200 pixels or greater on the longest side and file size under 5 MB.

Accepted work should be shipped or hand-delivered to Wayne Art Center between November 11-15, 2024. Artists are responsible for all shipping costs and must include a pre-paid return shipping label. Wayne Art Center will insure accepted work for 60% of its retail value while on premises. A $30 handling fee applies upon confirmation of participation. The exhibition is free and open to the public Monday-Friday 10am-5pm and Saturday 10am-4pm. An opening reception and preview party will be held December 6, 2024, with the juror's lecture and meet the artists event on December 7, 2024. Unsold work may be picked up January 27-31, 2025. Wayne Art Center retains a 40% commission on all sales.
