Craft Nouveau: An International Fine Craft Competition & Exhibition

Craft Nouveau is an international fine craft competition and exhibition open to artists everywhere. All artwork must be original and completed within the last two years. Artwork cannot have been previously exhibited at Blue Line Arts, and all pieces must be ready to hang and available for sale. Accepted artwork that differs significantly from submitted images will be disqualified. No accepted entry may be withdrawn or sold outside the exhibition prior to the closing date.

Cash award prizes include: 1st Place $1500, 2nd Place $1000, 3rd Place $750, 4th Place $500, and People's Choice $350. A full-color catalog of the show will be available for purchase. The exhibition runs January 3 – March 7, 2020, with an opening reception on January 18, 2020 and closing reception on February 15, 2020. Artists will be notified of acceptance on November 24, 2019.

Entry fees are non-refundable: $35 for one artwork, $40 for two, $45 for three, and so on up to ten pieces. Additional image fee is $5.00. Submissions require 1-10 images. Size limitations: artwork must fit through doors with 94"h x 91"w clearance, ceilings are 10 feet high, and nothing over 60 lbs will be accepted. Artists are responsible for shipping costs and must provide prepaid FedEx or UPS labels for return. Blue Line Arts handles all sales transactions with a 50/50 commission for non-members or 60% commission for current Artist Members. Applicants must be 18 years or older.
