Courageously Created Fine Art Show

The Courageously Created Fine Art Show and Auction is a juried, in-person event held April 25-27, 2025, at Sleeping Lady Resort in Leavenworth, Washington. The opening reception and auction on Friday evening is a private event, while Saturday and Sunday are open to the public. Selected works will be exhibited and promoted for purchase. The show dates coincide with Alatheia's open house, which is anticipated to have large crowds.

Artists may submit 1-5 images of original works in the following mediums: oil, acrylic, water soluble, pastels, charcoal, sculpture, and ink. Mixed media is permitted. Digital art, encaustic, and crafts are not accepted. All subject matter and styles are welcome; submissions must be appropriate for all ages. Maximum artwork size is 1,728 square inches (36" x 48"). Works must be framed with solid wood or floater frames (maximum 3" width) or gallery-wrapped canvases, correctly wired and ready for hanging. The entry fee is $35. Submissions must be received by March 31, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. MDT via CAFÉ.

Acceptance notification will be announced by April 5, 2025. All selected works must be for sale with a predetermined retail price. The sale split is 60% to the artist and 40% to ATRC. Awards will be presented Friday evening: first place ($1,500), second place ($900), third place ($400), three Honorable Mentions, and Best in Show. Artists may donate work; the $35 fee will be reimbursed. A featured artist workshop, "Expressive Color Strategies Workshop," will be held Saturday, April 26, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM at The Henry Building, 120 Cottage Avenue, Cashmere, WA 98815.
