About This Call
For over 50 years, the Coupeville Arts & Crafts Festival has been an outdoor juried show known for quality, handmade crafts from 150+ artisans who come from the Pacific Northwest and beyond to show and sell their art in the quaint seaside town on beautiful Whidbey Island. Artists are evaluated on the originality, quality and marketability of their work. The Coupeville Festival Association will not accept items that are commercially made, or sold by a distributor.
Artists must submit their online application with a $20 non-refundable application fee and 3 photos between January 15th and March 15th. Applications after March 15th incur a $35 late application fee. Accepted artists are notified by email on or before April 1st. Booth fees range from $115-$260 depending on size and check-in day. A 15% commission fee is collected on sales at the end of the festival.
All non-operational proceeds from this annual festival are returned to the Coupeville community in the form of project grants and scholarships. The CFA is a non-profit, all volunteer organization with a mission to promote quality handcrafts and the arts, ensure cultural enrichment, beautify and preserve the unique historical qualities of the Coupeville community.
