About This Call
The 4th Annual Coronado Art & Wine Festival takes place on May 10, 2025, in the heart of Coronado Village. This free, family-friendly festival is open to the public and expected to draw large crowds, with over 12,000 attendees in 2024. The festival celebrates art complemented by fine wine and live music on Mother's Day weekend. Artists whose work encompasses a variety of mediums, styles and perspectives are welcome to apply, with the event being open to all Professional, Student, and Amateur artists. Any medium is accepted, and work must be original and family-friendly.
The festival is located at the intersection of 10th and C Avenue up to Orange Avenue, with approximately 1,600 feet of event space. Artists do not need to pay commissions on their sales to the festival. Selected featured artists will be asked to donate one piece of work to the silent art auction that benefits STEM & Arts programs in K-12 public schools. Each booth space is for a 10x10 ft tent, with booth fees of $250 per booth or $325 for priority zone booths. Artists must provide their own white professional display tent with proper weights.
Applications are due by February 28, 2025 at 5pm through ZAPP, requiring an artist biography, artist photo, three photos of sample art pieces, and a booth photo. Selected artists will be notified by March 18, 2025, with payments due by April 11, 2025. The festival runs from 12-5 pm on Saturday, May 10, 2025, and artists are required to host their booths during the entire festival hours.
