Core New Art Space: RePurposed

This exhibition is for artists who rearrange, reglue, reengineer, or repurpose materials into works of art. Both 2-D and 3-D artists are encouraged to apply. Dumpster-diving is not required but being a visionary able to reimagine materials intended for one purpose into another is highly preferred.

Submissions must include 1-3 images (for 3-D work, you may submit 2 shots per piece). Entry fee is $35.00. All work must arrive at CORE by April 6. The show runs April 14 - May 1, with an artist reception on April 15 from 6-9 p.m. Notification of acceptance will be sent on March 25.

Juror Theresa Clowes is a professional artist and Chair of Fine Arts and Art Education at Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design. Judging will be based on overall impact, content, composition, mastery of techniques, creativity, and craftsmanship. When entering, please list all media used and consider weight and fragility if mailing your entry. This call is open to international artists.
