Core New Art Space: All That You Can Imagine (Mixed Media)

Core New Art Space invites all artists working in mixed media across multiple and interdisciplinary mediums and forms to participate. The exhibition welcomes assemblage, mixed media paintings, collage, sculpture, and other mixed media work. Both 2D and 3D work is encouraged. Entry fee is $35.00. Artists must submit 1-3 images of their work.

Show dates are May 10-27, 2018. Accepted artists will be notified on April 23. All work must arrive at Core by May 5. An artist reception will be held May 11, 6-9pm. Juror Suzette Rosenthal will judge work based on overall impact, content, composition, mastery of techniques, creativity, and craftsmanship. When entering, please list all media used in the description field for your entries.

Art must be completely dry. Wall and suspended art must have suitable means for hanging (no sawtooth hangers). Standing art must be stable. Set-up diagrams must accompany multiple pieces and installation art. All art must remain in place for the duration of the show. Core charges a 30% commission plus tax on art sold and will rebate payment to the artist within 45 days of the close of the show. Art need not be for sale. Core will take all due precautions to protect premises and art but is not responsible for loss due to damage, theft, vandalism, or accident. If work is fragile, it is submitted at the artist's own risk, and the artist is responsible for their own insurance. Artists are responsible for safely shipping their art, which must be received by May 5, 2018. Artwork must be picked up by 4pm May 27, 2018. After 30 days, unclaimed art will be considered abandoned and property of the gallery. Core New Art Space is located at 900 Santa Fe Drive, Denver, CO 80204.
