Core Art Space: Kandy Kultur

Core Art Space in Lakewood, Colorado is a respected and established cooperative gallery showcasing contemporary art in a newly renovated flexible space. This exhibition welcomes 2D and 3D art that explores anime, manga, comics, tattoos, graffiti, and the surreal, irreverent, and unconventional. The exhibition savors the satiric and sarcastic, revels in the rad, seeks the geek and the gleeful. Street and skin artists should submit prints of their work suitably mounted or framed for hanging on gallery walls.

All artwork must be no larger than 60 inches on its longest side, including frame. Submit 1-3 images of your work. Entry fee is $35. Judging will be based on overall impact, content, composition, mastery of techniques, creativity, and craftsmanship. Please list all media used in the description field for your entries.

Show dates are December 9-23, 2022. Acceptance notifications will be sent on or before November 21, 2022. All accepted work must arrive at Core Art Space by Friday, December 2, 2022, with in-person drop-off available through Sunday, December 4, 2022.
