Conroe Art League 4th National Invitational Show

Conroe Art League invites artists to enter original 2D and 3D artwork in this juried show. The judge, Dr. Jessica Locheed, will select eligible artworks to exhibit and compete for awards. Artists may submit 1 to 4 artworks at $25 per image. The entry deadline is December 8, 2018 at 11:59 p.m. MST.

Artwork must be an original creation completed on or after January 1, 2017, with family-friendly subject matter (no nudes, gore, violence, or obscenity). Maximum size for 2D artwork is 48"W x 48"H including frame and must not exceed 25 lbs. Maximum size for 3D artwork is 30"W x 30"D x 48"H and must not exceed 40 lbs. All 2D artwork must be framed and ready to hang with gallery wire. Giclée prints are not allowed.

The show will exhibit in the Conroe Art League gallery at 127 Simonton Street in Conroe, TX from March 6-30, 2019. Judge's online review occurs December 1-15, 2018, with finalists notified by January 11, 2019. Eligible artworks must arrive by February 27, 2019. Cash prizes include $1,500 for First Place, $1,000 for Second Place, and $500 for Third Place, with three Honorable Recognition ribbons. An artists' reception and awards announcement will be held 5-8 PM on Saturday, March 30, 2019. If artwork is sold during the show, a 20% donation to CAL is required from the sale price.
