Company Manager – Geffen Playhouse

The Company Manager leads artist care, logistics, and contractual administration for visiting and local artists at Geffen Playhouse. This role works closely with artists, creative teams, and internal departments to ensure a seamless, welcoming, and professionally managed experience from offer through closing night. This is a hospitality role as much as an administrative one. The right person is highly organized, calm under pressure, discreet with sensitive information, and genuinely energized by taking care of people. The Company Manager serves as a central liaison, helping ensure that information moves clearly across the companies and the organization and artist needs are addressed quickly.
