About This Call
Artlink Contemporary Gallery is accepting entries for the COMPACT exhibition, featuring small works of art no larger than 6 inches in any dimension. Both two and three dimensional works in any media are accepted. For framed works, the frame can extend slightly beyond the size limit but ideally no more than a few inches.
The exhibition explores the focused power of small-scale works, recognizing that scale is a dynamic visual strategy that can have a significant impact on viewers. Small-scale pieces invite intimate encounters, while the variety of media, style, and conceptual intent will be unified by their "small, but mighty" scale. The exhibition will be juried by Artlink's Interim Executive Director, Tim Parsley.
Entry Requirements: $12 per entry, up to 10 entries. Artists must be 18+ years of age and residing in the United States. Entry deadline: September 20, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. MT. Jury notifications will be sent after September 27, 2024. Accepted artwork delivery deadline: October 13, 2024. Exhibition dates: October 24 - November 17, 2024.
