Community Powered Infrastructure allows you to play an active role in the development of your community. Whether you’re looking to make permanent infrastructure changes in your neighborhood, test possible infrastructure alternatives for safety improvements, or to celebrate your neighborhood’s identity through art, there’s a program at the City for you! Community Powered Infrastructure encompasses three separate programs that allow the residents of Indianapolis to work with the City to make changes within their neighborhoods.
