Common Ground's Birmingham Street Art Fair 2025

Common Ground's 51st Annual Birmingham Street Art Fair takes place September 13-14, 2025 on South Old Woodward and Merrill Street in downtown Birmingham, Michigan. Produced in association with The Guild of Artists & Artisans, this highly-respected fine art fair will feature up to 100 artists in fine art and fine craft categories. The event includes music, art activities, food, and cash awards for participants.

The fair is located in downtown Birmingham with convenient parking and easy access to unique stores and restaurants, attracting upscale shoppers and residents throughout Oakland County. Artists receive professional amenities including overnight security, artist hospitality tents, water delivery, booth sitters, and extensive advertising and promotion. Each artist receives a listing with large image and website link on the event page.

Applications require 4 work images and 1 booth image, with a $30 application fee. Artists in fine art and fine craft disciplines are eligible to apply. Electricity will not be available and generators are not permitted. Professional overnight security is provided Friday and Saturday nights. Artist parking is available with fees required Friday and Saturday, but free on Sunday per city regulations.
