Columbus Winterfair 2025

Consistently ranked in the top five Fine Art and Design Shows in the country by Sunshine Artist magazine, Columbus Winterfair has been a holiday tradition for 49 years. Nearly 15,000 loyal shoppers across the state and region come to buy! Always held the first full weekend of December in Columbus, a vibrant, art-loving city, this popular holiday show is the perfect way to end your sales season. The spacious quad layout ensures a FREE corner space for every artist (a $120 value), which allows for better visibility at the show, more display area and increased sales!

Winterfair is presented by Ohio Designer Craftsmen, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting fine craft for over 60 years. The show takes place Friday, December 5–Sunday, December 7, 2025, with hours Friday and Saturday 10AM–7PM and Sunday 11AM–4PM. Application deadline is July 1, 2025, with notification on July 22, 2025. The application requires 4 images of work, 1 booth shot, and a $35 non-refundable application fee. Booth fees are $535 for 10'x10', $800 for 10'x15', and $1070 for 10'x20' spaces.

The show features an Emerging Artist Program offering 6 artists the opportunity to participate without paying booth fees, and a Gourmet Marketplace for pre-packaged food items and related products. All work must be original concept, design and execution by the exhibitor with no kits, commercial molds, or buy/sell items. Artists must be present each day of the show and may only exhibit work in confirmed categories. ODC membership ($35 individual, $45 joint) is required for accepted artists.
