About This Call
The Columbus ChristmasFair is a two-day holiday market featuring 130+ Ohio and Midwest artists and crafters selling unique, handcrafted items including pottery, folk art, paintings, stained glass, jewelry, photography, and wearable art. The show takes place November 21-22, 2026 (9am-4pm Saturday, 10am-4pm Sunday). 2026 marks the 40th year for ChristmasFair.
Eligibility: Artists and crafters must exhibit and sell hand-crafted work of the highest caliber. All items must be handcrafted; buy/sell items are not permitted. Applicants must submit 5 images of items representative of the quality and kind of work to be exhibited, including an image of booth set-up. Returning artists are selected based on history of participation. The jury consists of 5 jurors who score applications on a 1-5 scale. Applications are viewed on computer monitor and sorted randomly within medium categories.
Booth sizes and fees: Single 10'x10' ($270), Booth & One-Half 15'x10' ($370), Double 20'x10' ($480). Tables available for rent at $10 each (4, 6, or 8 foot). Two unpadded folding chairs provided per booth at no charge. Optional add-ons include electricity ($65 per outlet if ordered by November 5; $85 at show), side drapery panels ($20-40 depending on quantity and order date), and carpet ($75-180 depending on size and order date). Black backdrop provided. Artists/crafters are responsible for collecting and remitting Ohio sales tax and must have a valid Vendor's License.
Load-in: Friday, November 20, 3pm-7pm and Saturday, November 21, 6am-9am. Breakdown: Sunday, November 22, 4pm-8pm. Security provided 7pm Friday-6am Saturday and 4pm Saturday-8am Sunday. Cancellations received in writing on or before October 15, 2026 receive 100% booth fee refund less $5 administrative fee (jury fees non-refundable). Application period begins December 1, 2025. Early bird application fee deadline is May 1, 2026. First jury period closes July 31, 2026 with notification August 7, 2026. Second jury period opens August 8 and closes September 8, 2026 with notification September 15, 2026. Contracts and payment due October 15, 2026.
