About This Call
The Columbus ChristmasFair is a two day, holiday market featuring 150 Ohio and Midwest artists/crafters selling unique, handcrafted items including pottery, folk art, paintings, stained glass, jewelry, photography, wearable art and much more. 2025 marks the 39th year for ChristmasFair, which has become a tradition for many central Ohio families as they kick-off the holiday season. Artists/crafters cite loyal customer followings, smooth show operations and solid show promotion as reasons for returning year after year.
The event takes place November 22 and 23, 2025, with hours from 9am until 4pm Saturday and 10am to 4pm Sunday. Artists/crafters should exhibit and sell hand-crafted work of only the highest caliber, with all work being their own artwork of the same quality as images provided for jury. Exhibitors must submit 5 images of items representative of the quality and kind of work to be exhibited and sold, plus an image of their booth set-up. The application is free with two jury periods: first closes July 1, 2025 with notification July 8, and second runs August 30 - September 15, 2025 with notification September 20.
Booth sizes range from single (10'x10' - $270) to double (20'x10' - $480), with optional add-ons including electricity ($60), tables ($10 each), side drape panels ($20-40), and carpet ($75-150). Load-in is Friday November 21 from 3-7pm and Saturday November 22 from 6-9am. All artists must have a valid Vendor's License and are responsible for collecting Ohio Sales tax. Security is provided overnight, and all items must be handcrafted with no buy/sell permitted.
