About This Call
This 6th annual, 2-day event takes place during peak leaf changing "Colors" season and is located on Village Green Park, overlooking beautiful Walloon Lake. This incredible venue is located in the middle of the village and offers spectacular Northern Michigan lakefront views. Nestled between the Jordan Valley and the Little Traverse regions, nature, culture and history merge into one of Pure Michigan's most treasured legacy destinations. Centrally located between Petoskey, Boyne City, Harbor Springs, Charlevoix, Traverse City and Mackinaw, Walloon Lake is the perfect place to enjoy Northern Michigan.
Shoppers include affluent demographic with multiple homes, tech industry residents and tourists. There will be no more than 61 artists. The show artists are selected through a review of their work by a panel of qualified experts. The top artists in their categories are selected according to their skill and quality of work. Categories are capped with no more than 25% jewelry. Applications require 5 images including a booth shot, with a $15 application fee ($25 after May 1). Booth fee is $275, corner booths $325, and double booths $400.
Booth spaces are approximately 12' wide by 12' deep on pavement or grass. All exhibitor tents must be white and displays must be professional. Setup begins 2pm-6pm Friday and resumes 7am Saturday. Amenities include complimentary bottled water daily, coffee and pastries each morning, free vendor parking, and overnight self-contained parking available for additional $50. Categories include ceramics, accessories/clothing, digital art, drawing, fiber, glass, jewelry, metalwork, mixed media, painting, photography, sculpture, wood, CBD products, soap/bath-body products, and other.
