About This Call
Colorium 2023 is an international online group exhibition and publication opportunity presented by Gallerium. Artists are invited to submit original artworks inspired by colors in any 2D or 3D medium, including painting, drawing, illustration, photography, digital arts, sculpture, ceramics, and mixed media. All styles and subjects are accepted, including colorful, unicolor, black-and-white, and neutral-color pieces.
Submission is free of charge. Artists can submit up to 5 artworks, with a maximum of 2 artworks selected per artist. Selected artists will pay a USD 40 selection fee. Selected artworks will be published in The Book of Arts: Colorium publication (available in free online and paid print formats) and exhibited online from April 10 to May 10, 2023. Selected artists receive a digital certificate, online profile page on the Biafarin platform, exhibition catalogue listing, digital social media badges, and a report with exhibition analytics and engagement statistics.
Eligibility is open to all visual artists worldwide. Artworks must be original works created by the entrant without instructor supervision and must not be copies or derivatives of copyrighted work. Artists must hold all rights for presenting and publishing their artworks internationally. Artworks created within the last 5 years are preferred, though there is no creation year limit. Artworks containing pornographic, violent, or hateful content are not admissible.
