Colorado Artist Image Review Workshop 2026 presented by CherryArts

Local artists are invited to join CherryArts and ZAPPlication for a free Image Review Workshop designed to help artists strengthen their applications for top art shows. The workshop takes place on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. at the CherryArts Office located at 2 Steele Street, Suite B-100, Denver, CO. Depending on demand, an afternoon session may be added. Whether you're new to exhibiting or an established artist looking to refine your presentation, this session will offer valuable, real-world insights from former Cherry Creek Arts Festival jurors.

Workshop highlights include experiencing a live demonstration of the ZAPPlication projected jury process used by leading art festivals, receiving personalized feedback and best practices to help your application stand out, and learning how to effectively present your artwork to increase your chances of acceptance. The workshop is free to attend and requires 5 images plus a booth shot for participation.

An Emerging Artist Information Session will be held from 12:00-1:30 p.m. to learn about CherryArts' Emerging Artist Program and grant opportunities. A limited number of out-of-state participants are welcome. The Call for Entries for the 2026 Cherry Creek Arts Festival is open from October 1st through December 1, 2025.
