About This Call

The Cocoa Village Art & Craft Fairs are one of Florida's largest and well-established makers markets. For the past 40+ years, 4 times a year, over 250 artists and crafters line the streets of historic downtown and the beautiful waterfront park along the Indian River Lagoon. The organization prides itself on the quality and diversity of attending artisans, creating a venue where anyone from fine artists to emerging crafters can connect with the 40,000+ visitors from the vibrant community. The last fair of the year transformed into the "Art & Craft Holiday Bazaar", inviting local businesses of downtown to set up booths at this holiday shopping-oriented event.

The 2025 Art & Craft Holiday Bazaar is by INVITE ONLY. If you have already attended a Cocoa Village event in 2025, check your email for the access code or call the office. All work must be original and handcrafted by the artist/crafter/vendor. Commercial, buy/sell, or retail mass-marketed merchandise not created by the exhibitor is not permitted. All items must be of original design, meaning the artist/crafter has drawn, painted, or graphic designed the artwork. Products made with 3D Printers, Cricut machines, or similar machines are not accepted unless the design is original. Artificial Intelligence (AI) generated designs are not permitted.

Booth fees are $235 for a single 10'x10' booth and $470 for a double 10'x20' booth, with optional power for $50. Vendors must bring their own pop-up tent that fits within their allocated space (white preferred but not required) and properly weigh it down with 160lbs recommended for a 10x10 canopy tent. The event runs Saturday 10AM-5PM and Sunday 10AM-4PM. Applications are reviewed by a jury of local experts in various fine art and craft mediums along with HCVMS staff, with approximately 250 artists selected from 600 applications each year.
