Clinch River Spring Antique Festival 2025 - 20th Annual (Artisan Application)

Historic Downtown Clinton welcomes artisans to apply to the 20th Annual Clinch River Spring Antique Festival to be held Saturday, May 3, 2025. The event takes place from 9am – 5pm, and traditionally attracts over 10,000 shoppers. The festival is evenly split between antique vendors (Market St) and artisan vendors (Main St). Clinton is one of the top antiquing towns in America, but also is a strong supporter of the arts, including three arts festivals each year and a historic district that features artisan storefronts. All artisans will be set up along Main Street to encourage maximum visibility for accepted artisans.

Fine Craft, Fine Art, and Handcrafted are the focus of this event. The show will be a juried selection of up to 60 artisans. Artists who wish to be considered should submit five (5) photos of representative work (four of their work and one booth shot). Categories include Apothecary, Clay/Pottery, Digital Art, Drawing & Printmaking, Edibles, Fiber/Textiles, Furniture, Glass, Jewelry, Living Botanicals, Metal, Mixed Media, Painting, Photography, Sculpture, and Wood. Some categories are currently waitlist-only. The event does not accept embellished manufactured goods, t-shirts and commercially-produced clothing, commercially manufactured or reproduced items, resale, permanent jewelry, tumblers, decals, freshies, items made using kits, or items that contain vulgar messaging or profanity.

Booth spaces are 10'x15' on flat pavement along Main Street. Amenities include booth sitters available, Best of Show prize(s), easy load-in, free and plentiful parking, and optional lunch delivery to artist's booth. Pricing varies by application timing: Early Bird (by March 1) - $15 application fee, $90 booth fee; Regular (by April 1) - $15 application fee, $100 booth fee; Late (by April 15) - $20 application fee, $110 booth fee; Extra Late (by April 20) - $20 application fee, $120 booth fee. Double booths are also available. All work must be produced by the exhibiting artist, and artist presence during the entire festival is required.
