About This Call

Historic Downtown Clinton welcomes artisans to apply to the 25th Annual Clinch River Fall Antique Festival, held Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 9am–5pm. The event traditionally attracts over 10,000 shoppers. The festival is evenly split between antique vendors and artisan vendors, with all artisans set up along Main Street. Clinton is one of the top antiquing towns in America and a strong supporter of the arts, featuring three arts festivals each year and a historic district with artisan storefronts.

The show is a juried selection of up to 60 artisans focusing on Fine Craft, Fine Art, and Handcrafted work. Artists must submit five photos of representative work (four of their work and one booth shot). Booth spaces are 10'x15' on flat pavement with amenities including booth sitters, free parking, and optional pre-purchased lunch delivery. The number of artists in each category is limited to ensure breadth. Best of Show prizes are awarded.

Eligible categories include Apothecary, Clay/Pottery, Digital Art, Drawing & Printmaking, Edibles, Fiber/Textiles, Furniture, Glass, Jewelry, Living Botanicals, Metal, Mixed Media, Painting, Photography, Sculpture, and Wood. Ineligible items include AI-generated art, commercially-produced clothing, embellished store-bought items, resale, permanent jewelry, tumblers, decals, freshies, kit-made items, and items with vulgar messaging. All work must be produced by the exhibiting artist and exhibit excellence in concept and technique. Booth sharing may be permitted if both artists submit individual applications. The event is rain or shine, and artists are responsible for setup, dismantling, staffing their booth, and maintaining artist presence throughout the festival. Application deadline is August 15, 2026. Application fees range from $15–$20 depending on submission date. Booth fees range from $85–$110 for a 10'x15' space, with double booths available.
