About This Call
Join us for the 2nd Annual Clearwater Seafood & Music Festival, taking place April 24-26, 2026, at Coachman Park in beautiful downtown Clearwater, Florida. This lively three-day celebration features a mix of outstanding live music, freshly prepared coastal cuisine, and a curated selection of fine arts, crafts, and specialty products. Event hours are Friday 4 pm - 10 pm (optional for all vendors), Saturday 11 am - 10 pm (6 pm - 10 pm optional for all vendors), and Sunday 11 am - 6 pm.
This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with new customers in one of Florida's most vibrant waterfront communities. Clearwater draws strong attendance from Tampa, St. Petersburg, Dunedin, Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs, and nearby Gulf Coast areas. The application fee is $15.00, with single booth fees at $325.00 and double booth fees at $650.00. Corner spaces are available for an additional $50.00, and electricity is $100.00 (generators allowed at no charge).
Artists must be present with their work for the entire duration of the festival and may only show work in categories selected by the jury. All work must exhibit the quality shown in jury images. Multi-Level Marketing products are not permitted. The event provides overnight security Friday and Saturday evenings, easy load-in and load-out, and designated RV parking. Sales tax rate for Clearwater is 7%.
