Chroma 63 | Art + Music Festival | 2026

Chroma 63 is a brand-new art and music festival held at Riverloop Amphitheatre in Waterloo, Iowa on Saturday, June 13, 2026, from noon to 9:00pm. The event is free and open to all. The Waterloo Center for the Arts is bringing together underground creatives to showcase original artwork, live music, and food. Any and all art mediums are welcome, including canvases, installations, music performances, skateboard culture, spray-paint, DIY fashion, zines, stickers, poetry, and more.

Artists must submit 6 images with their application: 5 representative of their current work and 1 showing an outdoor booth display. The application fee is $15 (non-refundable). Selected artists will be notified by May 12, 2026. Up to 50 artists will be selected to participate; artists not selected will be placed on a waitlist. Selected artists must agree to participate for the full duration of the festival (noon to 9:00pm). The event will be held rain or shine.

Booth costs are $35 for a 10ft x 10ft standard booth, with an optional $10 electrical fee. Artists must provide their own booth setup including tables, chairs, tents, and display gear. This is an outdoor festival on asphalt and/or concrete, so artists should plan to use weights or sandbags for anchoring. Setup is Saturday, June 13, 9:00-11:30am, and tear down is 9:00-10:00pm.
