About This Call
Opening its doors for the 33rd season, Christkindlmarkt is a one-of-a-kind family event that celebrates the spirit of the season in Bethlehem, PA. Twice recognized as one of the best holiday markets in the US by Travel & Leisure, this heart-warming holiday event welcomed over 128,000 guests over the six-week event run in 2024. The event features some of the nation's top juried artisans and craftspersons along with retail vendors, food vendors, and jolly old St. Nicholas himself. Guests will enjoy shopping the aisles in large, heated tents, nestled at the foot of the iconic Bethlehem Steel, as well as the outdoor village decorated with holiday lights and decor.
Retailers are defined as authorized dealers, resellers and/or sales representatives selling products made by others. Medium categories include Bath & Body, Candles & Home Scents, Food Products (must be pre-packaged and not consumable on-site), Graphics & Illustration, Glass, Jewelry, Leather, Metal, Painting, Photography, Pottery, Textiles, and Woodworking. Booth options include Full Festival Tent 1 starting at $4000, Hut in Outdoor Village at $3200 per hut, Glass Front at $5800 per space (10' wide x 20' deep), and Courtyard at $2300 per 10' x 10' space. All pricing is based on a six-week event beginning November 14, 2025.
Applications require 6 images and a booth shot. The jury process begins May 5, 2025, with approximately 150 applications submitted annually and 60 vendors selected. A deposit of $500 per 10' x 10' space is required upon acceptance, with full payment due by August 29, 2025. Vendors may cancel with full refund only if written notice is received within 14 days of acceptance.
