Christkindlmarket HSV 2025

Christkindlmarket HSV unites cherished German and European tradition with international flair and local charm featuring a delightful blend of holiday food, drinks, and shopping. Inspired by the 16th century Christkindlesmarkt in Nuremberg, Germany, Arts Huntsville and the Orion Amphitheatre have teamed up to bring this unique shopping experience featuring up to 60 Art Vendors to the Huntsville Area. This will be the fourth annual Christkindlmarket at the Orion Amphitheatre, with last year's attendance over 8,000. Admission for this event is free of charge.

The festival takes place December 12-14, 2025: Friday 5:00-8:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday 11:00 am-5:00 pm. This is a juried art festival where artists are selected based on jury scores through a blind jury process. Accepted medium categories include Clay, Fiber, Glass, Jewelry, Metal, Mixed Media, Painting, Photography, Sculpture, Two Dimensional, Wood, and Other original artwork. Work must be produced by the exhibiting artist showing significant manipulation and originality. No kits, flea market items, candles, bath/beauty products, oils, knives/weapons, or other non-art items are accepted.

Spaces are 10' x 10' located inside the concourse area and on walkways surrounding the amphitheatre. Artists must submit five images (four individual pieces and one booth shot) and pay a $25 jury fee and $180 booth fee (due by November 5, 2025). Artist amenities include indoor restrooms, booth sitters, refreshments and hot soups in hospitality area, and access to on-site food trucks. Arts Huntsville does not take commission on artist sales, and parking is free for vendors and attendees.
