Charlotte NC Atrium Gallery

Atrium Health is seeking local and regional artists from North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia to submit pieces for display in their newly renovated, high-traffic public space in Charlotte, North Carolina. The gallery rotates new art every three months, chosen by committee, with selected artists able to display 3 pieces of art. The space accommodates wall-mounted paintings and cabinet space for small sculpture, pottery, jewelry, and other works. Information about the artists and how to contact them will be displayed by their work.

More than 3,000 people walk through this high-profile space daily, providing tremendous exposure for local artists. Proposals should inspire positive reflection with a focus on community, health, hope and healing. Truly original, unexpected and "outside of the box" interpretations are welcome and encouraged. The Atrium Health selection committee reviews all submissions looking for art that creates a positive and welcome distraction for patients and visitors.

Accepted media includes painting, drawing, photography, collage/mixed media, glass, pottery, small sculpture, and jewelry. Artists must submit clear images of 3-5 pieces for consideration, including name, brief bio, sizes and prices of each work. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and reside, go to school, or work in North Carolina, South Carolina, or Georgia. The gallery operates on quarterly rotations with specific submission windows throughout the year.
