Ceramics & Pottery Pop Up 2025

The Grand Rapids Downtown Market is hosting the second annual Ceramics & Pottery Pop-up Market on Sunday, September 14, 2025 from 10 am to 6 pm. The event takes place inside the Banquet Room and Greenhouse on the second floor of the 138,000 square foot public market. This event is for the sale of locally hand-made ceramic goods including mugs, dishware, candle holders, wall hangings, vases, trinket dishes, garden embellishments, planters, ceramic sculpture, and other ceramic creations.

Vendors will be juried on a rolling basis with booth sizes varying. Four booth styles are available: Greenhouse 8X5 ($100), Greenhouse 8X10 ($150), Banquet Room 8x5 ($100), and Banquet Room 8x10 ($150). The application is free and requires 6 images plus a booth shot. Emerging artists are accepted. Vendors will be accepted for no more than three Downtown Market Vendor events in 2025 to ensure variety throughout the season.

The event will be promoted throughout west Michigan through printed literature, press releases, email blasts, community calendars, and social media campaigns. Vendors will be notified within three weeks of applying. No refunds will be given for vendor cancellation after acceptance and payment.
