Ceramic Botanica

Ceramic Botanica is an exhibition held in the Handcrafted Shop at the Worcester Center for Crafts, running June 20 - July 19, 2025. Artists are invited to submit three functional ceramic pieces inspired by floral motifs with a cohesive design or color scheme. Each collection must include either a vase, cup, butter dish, or small berry bowl. All pieces must be no larger than 12" in height or width and available for sale, with no single piece exceeding $250 in retail price.

Open to artists living or working in the United States, ages 18 and over. Submit 3-6 high quality images of your 3 pieces with descriptions. Entry fee is $30 (currently enrolled students may email [email protected] for a $15 discount code). Application deadline is April 25, 2025. Results will be announced May 1, 2025.

Accepted work must be hand-delivered by May 9, 2025 or shipped by May 10, 2025 to: The Worcester Center for Crafts, attn: Handcrafted Shop, Embrace the Vase, 25 Sagamore Rd., Worcester, MA 01605. All accepted pieces must be accompanied by a signed consignment contract and inventory form with pricing information. A pre-paid return shipping label or signed statement of intent to pick up unsold pieces (August 11-16, 2025) is required. The gallery receives 50% of profits from sales.
