Center for Photography at Woodstock: Photography Now 2015

Photography Now 2015 is the Center for Photography at Woodstock's annual call for entries. Eight to ten photographers will be selected to be featured in a group exhibition in CPW's gallery from April 18 - June 14, 2015. Juror David Bram, founder and curator of Fraction Magazine, will select the participating artists. One photographer will be selected for the Directors' Purchase Prize, with a print purchased for CPW's Permanent Print Collection held at the Samuel Dorsky Museum of Art at SUNY New Paltz. Each selected photographer will receive a complimentary portfolio review on eyeist.com.

All photographic techniques and approaches are welcome, including straight photography, fine art, narrative, documentary, landscape, social issues, still life, mixed media incorporating photography, photographic installations, and digital images and collages. Submissions should include 6, 10, or 20 images uploaded to CAFE specifications, an artist statement (2000 character limit), and a CV (up to 2 pages) or bio (up to 1 page). Entry fees are $50 for 6 images, with an additional $10 for 10 images total and an additional $50 for 20 images total. Students and seniors (age 65 and up) with proof of eligibility may submit 6 images for $30. Results will be announced on or before Monday, March 2, 2015. Selected participants will receive instructions on how, when, and what to send for exhibition. All entries include a one-year CPW membership.
