Centennial Fine Art Fest 2026

Centennial Fine Art Festival debuts May 30–31, 2026 at the Streets at SouthGlenn, an open-air lifestyle district in Centennial, Colorado. The festival is designed to serve Denver's affluent South Metro market, targeting an underserved region with strong art-buying demographics. The City of Centennial has a median household income of approximately $128,000, an owner-occupied housing rate of 81.3%, and 61.9% of adults holding a bachelor's degree or higher. Median owner-occupied home values average approximately $626,700. Adjacent South Metro communities including Highlands Ranch (median household income approximately $155,800), Greenwood Village (approximately $145,800), and Parker (approximately $129,300) expand the buyer base, creating one of the densest concentrations of established, affluent households in the Denver metro.

The Streets at SouthGlenn offers a walkable, upscale setting with wide promenades, clean sightlines, and excellent accessibility with ample parking. The venue attracts purchase-ready foot traffic from shoppers and diners and supports a polished, gallery-like buying experience. Event hours are Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Artists must be present to exhibit and exhibit only their own original work. A Picture ID is required at check-in. No buy/sell work is permitted; artists must design and craft all work. Only white tents are allowed. Booth options include Single 10 x 10 ($395), Single 10 x 10 w/Corner ($450), Dbl 10 x 20 ($775), Dbl 10 x 20 w/corner ($875), and Dbl 10 x 20 w/ 2 corners ($975). The application fee is $35.00. Artists may submit up to 2 applications. Emerging artists are accepted. Applications are juried by 3 jurors using a 1-10 scoring scale. Approximately 150 applications are submitted annually, with approximately 100 artists selected to participate.
