Celebrating Our Holidays 2023

6th Street Studios & Art Center invites artists to celebrate the holidays with work that explores ALL holidays, all traditions, or meaningful moments and thoughts about the holiday season. The show will be inclusive of the good, the bad, and the ugly of the holiday season. All mediums are accepted, but work must be portrayed via photograph as online exhibitions do not support video.

The exhibition includes both an online component open to all artists and a physical exhibition at the gallery. Artists interested in showing work at the physical location must drop off their work in person. Works cannot be shipped to the location. Drop-off dates are 11/27, 11/28, and 11/30 from 9am-2pm at 64 W. 6th Street, or by appointment. The show runs 12/2/23 - 1/11/24, with pick-up on 1/12, 1/15, and 1/16 from 9am-2pm.

Works can be offered for sale, with a 15% commission charged on sold pieces. Commissions are paid on the 15th of the following month. If work is for sale, a price must be included with the entry; otherwise the work will be marked as NFS. Entry fee is $25. Submit 1-5 images. Jury notification is 11/26. The exhibition is juried by Director Emily McEwan-Upright. All artists are welcome to apply.
