CCAN 2025: Center for Contemporary Arts National Juried Competition

The Center for Contemporary Arts is hosting the 9th Annual National Juried Art Competition & Exhibition (CCAN 2025). This national competition is open to all artists 18 years of age and over. All work must be original and produced within the last three years. The digital image submitted must match the piece delivered if selected by the juror.

Eligible media includes all traditional media and 2D digital art. Video and mural work are not accepted. Wall-mounted 2D work should not exceed 48" in the longest dimension when framed. 3D wall-hung work cannot exceed 36x36". Freestanding indoor work cannot exceed 3 feet in any dimension. All artwork has a 50 lb weight limit. Entry fees are $35 for the first entry and $20 for each additional entry (limit 3 entries). Work samples should include 1-3 images or up to 3 videos (optional for 3D work to show multiple angles).

The exhibition runs October 2 - November 15, 2025. Selected artists will be notified by September 5, 2025, with artwork due at the Center by September 15, 2025. Awards include Best of Show ($1,000), Jurors Award ($750), and 1st Place awards ($500 each) across multiple media categories. The Center retains 20% of any artwork sold, with 80% going to the artist.
