CCAD Art Fair & Marketplace 2025

The Columbus College of Art & Design Art Fair & Marketplace fills the Loann Crane Center for Design with over 100 tables of CCAD artists who represent a wide variety of media and price points. This juried showcase is open to current students and alumni, with approximately 60% of tables allocated to current students and 40% to alumni. Artists keep 100% of the profits on cash, credit and check sales after paying the jury and booth fees. The event takes place on Saturday, December 6th from 9am-2pm, with First Look from 9am-10am and general admission from 10am-2pm.

The application requires 4 digital images and a 200-character artist statement describing materials and techniques. The jury fee is $25 (current students can waive this fee using coupon code StudentF25), and booth fees are $25 for students and $75 for alumni. All work displayed must be original and handcrafted - work made from generative AI, commercial molds, kits, patterns or copyrighted designs not owned by the artist are not permitted. Exhibitors are limited to a booth space of 8' x 5' x 8' and may choose from 5ft, 6ft, or no table options.

Applications are due September 30, 2025 at midnight, with artist notifications sent October 18, 2025. Accepted artists must confirm participation and pay booth fees by November 2nd at 11:59pm. Set-up begins Friday, December 5th from 5:00-8:00pm, with additional setup time Saturday morning from 7:00-8:00am. All exhibitors must have Ohio vendor licenses and are responsible for charging appropriate tax rates on sales.
