Cathedral City Festival of the Arts

The Cathedral City Public Arts Commission invites artists to participate in the first annual Cathedral City Festival of the Arts, held at the Cathedral City Community Amphitheater on Saturday, March 28, 2026 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Amphitheater is located at 68526 Avenida Lalo Guerrero, Cathedral City, CA 92234. The festival has space for up to 50 artists. The first 32 selected artists will be provided a 10x10 tent. Additional space for up to 18 artists is available for those providing their own tents (10x10 or 10x20). More than one artist can display in a designated space.

The entry fee is $125.00 per booth space with no commission charged on sales. This is a free event to attend. In addition to art for sale, the festival will feature jazz and blues performances on the main stage, children's activities, food trucks, and ample free parking. Artists are strongly encouraged to register early as registration will close when 50 artists are accepted.

All items available for sale must be originally crafted or created by the artist. Setup begins Saturday morning at 8 a.m., with the show opening at 10 a.m. Artists must remain set up until the event ends at 5 p.m. No electricity, tables, or chairs are provided. Vendors must bring their own means to display their work and no generators are allowed. The event is advertised as "rain or shine." All selected artists must provide proof of liability insurance naming the City of Cathedral City as additional insured. Applicants should submit 5-10 images of their work.
