Casting Shadows: A Virtual Juried Photo Exhibit

Photo Art Pavilion invites photographers to submit work for "Casting Shadows: A Virtual Juried Photography Exhibit." This open call seeks photographers of all skill levels and backgrounds to submit shadow-inspired photography. Submissions must be 3-5 images in JPEG/JPG format with the longest edge of 1200 pixels and file size of 5MB or smaller. All submissions must be free of watermarks or branding. The entry fee is $35 per artist for up to five images. Photographers must be 18 years or older, and all submitted work must be created by the submitting artist.

Selected entries will be featured in an online gallery on PhotoArtPavilion.com. The juror is Jessica Lempin, Co-Founder of Photo Art Pavilion and Long Island Photo Gallery. Awards will be presented: First Place $150, Second Place $125, Third Place $100, and Honorable Mention $35. The virtual reception will be held Wednesday, June 19th, 2024 at 7:00 PM EST via Zoom and will be recorded and posted on the Photo Art Pavilion YouTube Channel.

The submission deadline is May 31st, 2024. All artists will be notified by email by June 7th, 2024. Selected images will be displayed on PhotoArtPavilion.com and social media platforms, credited with the image title and artist's name. By submitting, artists grant Photo Art Pavilion the right to display selected images on their website and social media accounts. The entry fee is non-refundable.
