Capital Art and Craft Festival – Winter 2025

The Capital Art and Craft Festival is a juried festival held indoors at the Dulles Expo Center in Chantilly, VA, drawing buyers from Virginia, Maryland, DC, West Virginia and beyond. CACF has hosted numerous festivals welcoming thousands of art and craft connoisseurs in search of unique pieces of art for themselves, personal collections, and as gifts. The festival is produced by SPARGO, Inc., the largest, independently owned, full-service event management company in the United States with over 51 years of experience.

Participation is open to artists who handmake art and craft, with only creators of the art/craft eligible to apply. Buy/sell, made from a kit or mass-produced items are not accepted. Categories include Clothing/Textiles/Fiber Wearables, Glass, Jewelry, Metal, Mixed Media, Painting and Prints, Photography, Pottery/Clay, Printmaking, Wood, Apothecary, and Specialty Food and Beverage. The Winter 2025 festival is currently full, with any accepted invites placed on the waitlist.

Booth spaces are available in 10' x 10' ($690), 10' x 15' ($995), and 10' x 20' ($1300) sizes, with corner fees of $150. Artists pay a $35 jury fee through Zapplication, with booth payments made through the Artist portal. A 50% deposit is required upon invoicing in July 2025, with the balance due by September 12, 2025. Artist amenities include 50 complimentary customer tickets, promotional materials, booth sitters, porter services, and free parking. The festival runs December 12-14, 2025, with setup on December 11.
