Camano Island Mothers Day Art Festival 2026

The Camano Island Mothers Day Art Festival is the 20th annual outdoor juried show held May 8-10, 2026 at Terrys Corner, 848 N. Sunrise Boulevard, Camano Island, WA 98282. The festival features quality, handmade crafts with artists evaluated on the originality, quality, and marketability of their work. Only original, handmade items are accepted; commercially made or distributor-sold items are not permitted. The venue is easily accessible via bridge with no ferry required.

Applications are open January 7, 2026 with a deadline of April 15, 2026. The application fee is $15.00. Artists may submit up to 3 applications and must provide 4 images, including a booth shot. Jury selection runs April 1-17, 2026, with notifications sent April 20, 2026. The purchase deadline is April 20, 2026.

This is an outdoor event; booths must withstand wind and inclement weather. All tents must have at least 50 pounds of weight on each leg, with all 4 sides secured at night. No stakes may be inserted into the grass; all weights must be above ground due to sprinkler systems. The event is held rain or shine. Artists must be present for the entire event and may not be represented by others. Only work consistent with submitted digital images and within the juried category is permitted. Collaborating artists may show only collaborative works with all collaborators listed. Jewelry may only be sold by juried jewelry artists. Upcycled/creative reuse works must be 75% reclaimed materials altered by the artist. No promotional items or commercially produced kits, molds, patterns, or prefabricated forms are allowed. Artists must disclose any licensed image sales through public disclaimer signage.
