About This Call
The Downtown Center is a five‑story, 100,000 sq. ft. civic building in the heart of Downtown Celina that will serve as the near‑term City administrative offices and public library and will transition to a full library facility in the future. This project seeks to celebrate Celina’s rich heritage, small-town character, and bold future. The murals will activate pedestrian spaces, enhance civic pride, and contribute to a vibrant, walkable downtown experience.
