About This Call
The Town of Parker Colorado seeks original two-dimensional works of high quality for purchase and display in its newly renovated and expanded Town Hall facility. These works will be prominently featured in public atriums and hallway spaces. The project is open to Colorado-based artists only (artists who live and work in Colorado at least half of the year). Artists from the Parker region are highly encouraged to submit.
The Town Hall recently completed an expansion and renovation, with the entire facility opening at the end of summer 2026. The town has set aside $75,000 for the purchase of at least 10 works of art. Artwork should be larger-sized two-dimensional or bas relief works in any medium or material, including ceramic, metal, photography, fiber, painting, drawing, and mixed-media. Artwork must be available for immediate purchase and installation for the building's opening in late summer 2026. If artwork is not framed and ready to hang, note this in your submission as framing will be an additional cost to the Town.
Submit 1-5 images of available artwork. There are no restrictions regarding themes, subject matter, style, or genre, but artwork must be tasteful and of the highest quality. Artwork must conform to specifications or it will not be considered for purchase. Submission deadline: Monday, March 9, 2026 at 5:00 pm MST.
