Call for Established Artists Members

Strata Gallery is accepting applications for new Established Members for a 2-year contract period. The gallery seeks innovative artists who are actively working in their studio practice and interested in providing mentorship to Emerging Artists. Membership is open to artists working in all media, with current membership comprised of professional artists in painting, drawing, installation, photography, textiles, and sculpture. Application deadline is February 25th, 2023. Entry fee is $35.00.

Established Members receive one solo exhibition, inclusion in the annual group exhibition, an artist page on the website with statement, bio, selected images, and links to artist's website and social media, promotion on social media accounts, monthly opportunities email list, exposure in Santa Fe, 80% of sales with Strata Gallery taking 20% commission, professional networking with members, insurance coverage of work while on display, and the opportunity to mentor Emerging Artists. Monthly membership dues are $255. Members must attend quarterly video conference meetings and be available to mentor Emerging Artists.

Applicants must submit a cover letter, bio, artist statement, CV, and 6-12 images of work. Strata Gallery is a non-profit 501(c)3 membership gallery founded in 2021, located at 418 Cerrillos Road, 1C, Santa Fe, NM 87501. The gallery encourages applications from candidates of all underrepresented groups, including BIPOC artists and artists identifying as LGBTQ+.
