Call for Artwork Donations to Pratt's 2014 Annual Fine Art Auction

Pratt Fine Arts Center is seeking artwork donations for its 2014 Annual Fine Art Auction. Artists may submit up to three artworks for consideration. All artwork must have a fair market value of $300 or above and be submitted in digital format through CaFE. All artwork donations and online submission information must be completed by Saturday, February 15, 2014. Artwork can be delivered to Pratt's reception desk during regular business hours or mailed to the center. On February 15th from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, staff and auction committee members will be available to receive artwork and assist with the online submission process.

All donated artwork will be juried by a panel of respected artists, curators, and arts professionals who will determine final selection and placement in one of three silent auction categories or the live auction. Each submission is eligible to win one of three Juror's Choice Awards and other prizes. Artists whose work is not selected will be notified by March 14, 2014, and must collect unselected artwork by March 31, 2014. The auction preview night is Friday, April 25, 2014, and the live auction is Saturday, April 26, 2014.

Donating artists receive an online artist profile on CallforEntry.org, high-profile visibility through the jury panel and auction guests, a full-color image and artist information in the auction catalog, a professionally photographed digital image of their work, the opportunity to win Juror's Choice awards, complimentary and/or discounted event tickets, a Journeyman level membership to Pratt Fine Arts Center ($75 value), and the option to receive a 10% commission on the sale price of their artwork.
