About This Call
Valdosta State University's Dedo Maranville Fine Arts Gallery is reviewing solo and small group exhibition proposals for the 2016-2017 season. The entry deadline is November 2, 2015, with a $10 entry fee to cover administrative expenses. Artists 18 and older are invited to apply; all media will be considered.
Applicants should submit 10-20 images (up to 6 videos if relevant), a short description of the proposed exhibition with a list of all participating artists for group exhibitions, artist statement(s), artist resume(s), and a description of any expenses the gallery should consider covering (such as artwork shipping). Some stipend money may be available to help with expenses, depending on circumstances. Artwork is insured while in the gallery, and the gallery takes no sales commission.
