Call for Artists: the International Exhibition “Clouds”

CICA Museum invites artists worldwide to participate in the international exhibition "Clouds." The exhibition explores internet and social media phenomena; the sharing and dissemination of information amid changing concepts and technologies; online and mobile cultures; and post-humanism. The museum is open to photography, 2D digital art, video art, performance art, web art, interactive art, sculpture, painting, and installation art.

Submissions are organized into four categories: Photographs & 2D Digital Art, Video & Interactive Art, Web Art, and Painting & Installation Art. For photographs and 2D digital art, selected works will be printed in 10×15 or 10×10 inches and framed by curators and assistants, with additional sizes available upon request for additional fees. Video and interactive art will be screened via projector, with special requirements and additional fees available upon request. Web-based artworks will be displayed as links on a single computer and projected in the exhibition space for visitor interaction. Physical works including paintings, drawings, prints, sculpture, and installation art should not exceed 39 inches (1 m) on the longest side for 2D work, or 39×39×79 inches (1×1×2 m) for installation pieces. Wall-mounted works should not exceed 10 kg. Artists are responsible for shipping and delivery of physical works and all related expenses. Works exceeding size or weight limits may be considered upon request.
